For City High football players and families:
Little Hawks, the first week of August marks the return of Iowa high school football. Needless to say, we need to be at our best. That means a great fall camp, as well as a total team effort for Friday’s seatback installation fundraiser at Kinnick Stadium.
CAMP INFORMATION:
Camp dates are Aug. 1-3, from 5-7 p.m.
Registration is required to participate in fall camp. This is a vital fundraiser for our program; that being said, please communicate with Coach Moore if you would like to learn details regarding financial assistance. We want all Little Hawks to attend.
Fall camp is also a critical first opportunity for our development as a team this season. Please bring a focused and competitive attitude. Also bring: water bottle, athletic shoes and cleats.
We have special events planned in order to kick off the year with excitement, positive energy and fun. Your job is to work hard, play hard and get better. #L23D.
SEATBACK INSTALL INFORMATION:
We finish the week with our seatback installation project at Kinnick Stadium on Friday, Aug. 4, at 5 p.m.
This, too, is an important fundraiser for our athletic department. These dollars go towards new and alternate uniforms, investments in practice and weight room equipment, our elite scout team and hype video operations, future facility initiatives and so much more that makes our football program a leader in the state of Iowa.
As we all know, this night of service is very manageable, but only if we have great attendance. It is expected that every football player will be on time and do their part.
