Kael Kurtz

About Me: "I am a multi-sport athlete. In wrestling, I am a three-time state place-winner: seventh as a freshman, fourth as a sophomore and junior. I have been a team captain each of those years. In baseball, I am a two-time state place winner: last year in the semifinals and this year in quarterfinals. I started at shortstop as a junior. In football last season, I started at safety and on special teams on City High's state playoff qualifying team. In the classroom, I have worked hard to maintain a 3.96 GPA, been inducted to National Honors Society and been selected as academic all-conference and all-state in wrestling. These achievements are possible because of the character traits of being hard-working, coachable and having a positive impact on each of the teams I have been a part of. None of these successes would come without the support I’ve had from my family, coaches and teammates."
