Coach Hanrahan enters his 13th season coaching Iowa high school football. Eleven of those seasons have been at City High, where he currently leads the tight ends room. Hanrahan is an Iowa City Regina alumnus.ย
Hanrahan got his start with the Little Hawks in 2010 as a freshman team assistant. His next stop was as defensive coordinator at Durant High School from 2014-15, before returning to The School That Leads in 2016 as freshman head coach.ย
In 2021, Hanrahan transitioned to his current role as a varsity assistant.
