City High Football takes tremendous pride in representing our community and student athletes at the highest level. This includes efforts to promote our program in social media spaces, as well as produce high level video content for players and fans, both online and on game days.
The past two seasons, there has been one area in which we have had only partial success: a centralized, comprehensive website to serve our families and community. While our external communication has been a strong asset, we knew that this season we needed to provide a high-caliber resource to meet organizational and communication needs within our program.
Special thank-you to former City High parent and local website designer Lara Marsh. Thanks to her tremendous efforts, we are now excited to bring you a much-improved version of littlehawkfb.org. While we hope to further expand the site moving forward, we are thrilled to head into the fall season with a helpful “one-stop shop” for City High families and community members.
The overhaul provides a more friendly interface for both users and webpage editors, so that littlehawkfb.org is now prepared to consistently address all informational needs, whether for families, alumni, media, college programs or anyone else who wants to keep up with the happenings at Bates Field.
In addition to schedules, rosters, calendars, etc., the site will also aggregate links to local news coverage and game photos (generously shared by Amber Seaton). We will also post regular program updates, as well as share the work produced by our newly-formed City High Football Videography team.
Content will continue to be shared on social media; however, this site is the best comprehensive resource for the latest from City High Football.
There is one immediate step players should take to help finish off the site: please fill out your “Player Bio” Google Form so that we can post updated bios. As you will see, this information is structured to succinctly provide useful information for college coaches!
